What we do
Outdoor Maintenance Group is a working outdoor maintenance operation. On the commercial side, that means parking lot maintenance and striping, snow and ice removal, day porter service, power washing, landscape upkeep, and food truck cleaning and repair for property managers and business owners. On the residential side, it's the same standards scaled for homes — exteriors, driveways, yards, and seasonal work. And on the recreational side, we wash, wax, detail, maintain, and repair motorhomes, boats, and trailers.
That range isn't an accident. Outdoor work is outdoor work: the same pressure washer that cleans a dumpster pad cleans a boat hull, the same eye that catches a failing lot seam catches a failing RV roof seam. We make repairs in every category we serve, because maintenance and repair are two halves of the same job.
Why we publish gear picks and guides
Every week, customers ask us the same questions. What ice melt won't wreck my concrete? What should I buy before my first RV trip? How do I get grease off stainless before an inspection? For years we answered one person at a time. This site is us answering everyone at once.
Our Gear We Trust board and our guides come from actual field use — products we buy by the case, tools that ride in our trucks, and methods we've refined on hundreds of jobs. We keep our recommendations budget-friendly on purpose, because most of what makes outdoor maintenance work isn't expensive equipment. It's the right consumables and the right technique.
Our promise
- Field-tested only. We recommend what we use or would use on customer work.
- Budget honesty. If the cheap version does the job, we say so. If it doesn't, we say that too.
- Plain answers. No jargon, no fluff — the same straight talk we give a property manager standing in a parking lot.
